3. BLOGGING
   1. There are probably as many definitions as there are bloggers. People use blogs as online journals to share their "stories" -- anything they find interesting or newsworthy. Some authors use blogs to get input on their story ideas! Professional and amateur journalists use blogs to publish breaking news. Blogs may include images, audio, and video. Blogs may be private -- shared with networks of friends and family; or public -- have worldwide audiences of thousands.

4. WIKI
   1. A wiki is a website that you, and optionally a group of people you permit, can create and edit as easily as typing plain text. Wikis are fantastic tools to allow for collaborative writing. Each student and or team of students can have their own pages.

5. WEB BASED GRAPHIC ORGANIZERS
   Developed by Mrs. Chauncey using MS Access and ASP dotNet May be accessed from School & Home!
   1. Each students organizer can be accessed by Mrs. Chauncey and displayed on Interactive White Board -- facilitating group review, editing, demonstrations etc. The newspaper article organizer includes a web page which is access by Mrs. Chauncey to write notes to students and to specify web links which are appropriate to the topic.
